Just how out of control is BC’s drug problem? It’s bad enough that kids were playing darts with used syringes they found at a park in Saanich.
Luckily for the kids, a concerned neighbour called Saanich police at 8:30 Monday morning to report children using needles like darts at Hampton Park.
“We did not find the kids who were playing with them so I don’t know their ages or how many there were,” Sgt. Julie Fast told CTV News.
Police were able to collect the syringes and dispose of them. None of the children had any injuries.
If you ever find needles on the ground, you can contact Solid Outreach at 250-298-9497 to have them picked up.
Do you think BC’s drug problem will ever have a viable solution?
