A driver has been charged after OPP spotted a purple Lamborghini on Highway 7 near Hazeldean Road going 168 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.
According to the Ottawa Sun, there were multiple charges ahead of Tuesday’s big storm, including a pair of brothers who clocked in at 141 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
In total, four drivers were charged with stunt driving in Ottawa on Monday.
Suspended licenses were also handed out and their cars were impounded.
With all these incidents in the area, police dubbed Limebank Road as “Limebank Raceway”.
