According to The Blaze, a 27-year-old man plans to sue his parents because they didn’t ask for his consent to bring him into the world.
In what appears to be an epic troll move, Raphael Samuel, from Mumbai, India, is planning on taking legal action against his parents for giving birth to him without permission.
“My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigamarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist,” says Samuel
Raphael said that people must know it is an option to not have children and to ask your parents for an explanation as to why they have birth to you.
The logic here is tricky to follow and leads to more questions than answers. A question that is on everyone’s minds is, how do you ask a person who isn’t even born for their consent to be born?
If the baby isn’t even conceived yet, how do they pre-approve their birth? Do you use a Ouija board? But that isn’t even how Ouija boards work… That’s for ghosts, and you can’t be a ghost if you haven’t died yet.
Perhaps one could use morse code to knock on the stomach of a pregnant mother in hopes that the fetus has an extensive knowledge of coded forms of communication, and that the fetus can find a way to respond while getting his point across. One knock for yes, two for no?
We hope the best for Samuel, who must be going through a whirlwind of emotions at the time. Life can be tough, but I think I speak for the majority when I say it’s never been “sue your parents for giving birth to you,” tough.
